Our conceptual framework defines the scope and objectives of our research study, outlining the specific questions we seek to address and the importance of our findings in the broader context of organizational performance 

Our framework delineates the data necessary for solving research questions and the methodology for gathering, treating, and interpreting data. We employ rigorous research methodologies to ensure the validity and reliability of our findings 

Our focus on the conceptual framework signifies a commitment to transparency, integrity, and ethical research practices. We prioritize a justifiable motive in our research endeavors, eschewing any intent to deceive or manipulate outcomes 

 We examine five critical relationships within our framework: 1) The relationship between strategic vision, purpose, and mission and organization theory practices. 2) The relationship between organization theory practices (e.g., structure and design) and organizational behavior practices. 3) The relationship between organizational behavior practices (e.g., individual and group) and strategic management practices. 4) The relationship between strategic management practices (e.g., strategy and strategy execution) and business and economic practices. 5) The relationship between overall business and economic practices, processes, and policies (e.g., structure, leadership, and strategy) and their effects on balanced effectiveness, high-performance work systems, organizational failure, success, and financial performance.
